It was newly renovated and the accommodations were very nice.

There were four weddings the weekend that I stayed and some of the other guests at the hotel were rowdy.

The staff was very friendly. I requested a late checkout and they were very accommodating. I was greeting everytime I entered the lobby either to leave or enter the hotel.

Didn't have power the first hou of stay, other than that no complaints.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Alpharetta area. Close enough to the highway and nice accomodations.

Cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism, kid friendly, warm decor.

No self laundry service, unheated pool.

The Double tree hotel was very accommodating and convenient for my family. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the attendant at the poolside bar. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the flat screen TV. The pool was not heated but the kids had a blast anyway!! I could not get them out of it. Doesn't have refrigerator, wireless Internet, and breakfast (free).

Staff was extraordinarily polite and courteous. Overall, this is definitely a 3 star hotel. Bed was very comfortable and comforter was very soft and clean. However, the standard room seemed to be a little smaller than Hyatt place. Plus, there was no wireless Internet nor free breakfast. In the end, price was very favorable through priceline.com deal, but if I had to pay its regular fee, I wouldn't stay. I'd rather go to Hyatt place in Alpharetta. ...read more

Clean, friendly staff, attention to detail.

A couple of light bulbs were burned out.

This hotel was just perfect for us. It far surpassed our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff all spoke English and all were very polite and helpful.
